Next Rep was created from years spent inside youth sports, as a coach, parent, program leader, and administrator. I have seen how much work happens behind the scenes before athletes ever step onto the field or court.
Great coaches and local programs often have the knowledge and passion to create meaningful opportunities, but not the time or administrative support to bring every idea to life. Next Rep exists to help close that gap.
