Next Rep was created from years spent inside youth sports, as a coach, parent, program leader, and administrator. I have seen firsthand how much work happens behind the scenes before athletes ever step onto the field or court.
I built Next Rep to help local programs create more opportunities without adding more administrative weight to the people already doing the work.

Next Rep was built around a simple idea: great coaches and local programs should not have to choose between creating more opportunities for athletes and drowning in the administrative work required to make those opportunities happen.
The coaching knowledge is already there. The passion is already there. The athletes are already asking for more. What is often missing is the time, structure, and operational support to bring the idea together.
